You are obliged to comply with legislation concerning Planning, Building Regulations and health and safety. These are all matters on which we can advise, dealing with the various authorities on your behalf. Planning Approval from the Local Authority takes approximately 8 weeks from submission, longer if you live in a ‘Listed Building’. |
